A. The tank and membrane equipment shall be drained and discharged according to the requirements on time, to avoid freezing water cracking equipment and valves.

B. The equipment and containers of the equipment that is out of operation should be drained of the bottom water. Before the equipment is put into use, it must be backwashed and then washed. Where there is pressure relief, avoid holding back. Equipment antifreeze and water discharge must be listed, registered, and inspected.

C. The regional fire prevention, explosion-proof, and anti-freeze insulation supervision and inspection personnel shall be the person in charge of the region, who will review and confess the anti-freezing equipment. After the operation is completed, the operator will review and confess, so that the records can be checked and consulted.

D. Anti-freezing of pipelines: The exposed pipelines must be insulated with thermal insulation materials. Anti-freeze during severe freezing period: In addition to the above measures, try to keep the flow of water in the water pipe to avoid freezing and no water.

E. Valve antifreeze: some insulation materials must be used for insulation.

After the self-priming sewage pump is deactivated, the remaining water in the pump and the pipeline should be drained, and the external mud should be cleaned to prevent the frozen water from freezing and the pump body and the water pipe from bursting.

Reverse osmosis system:

If the temperature is too low in winter, it will cause the pipeline to freeze and crack. Generally, we will recommend that the customer heat the equipment if necessary. If the raw water temperature is very low, the raw water will also need to be heated. House heating, such as Said to use a stove or a heater, you can also use an electric heater. If the reverse osmosis equipment does not work in winter, you must discharge the water in the equipment, remove the reverse osmosis membrane and put it in the room (add protection liquid) The reverse osmosis membrane causes damage.

The reverse osmosis equipment installed indoors must ensure that the room temperature is not lower than 0 degrees. Because the volume of water will expand during the solidification process, if it freezes, it will directly cause all the pipes, filter bottles, membrane shells, etc. of the water purifier to burst, which will occur. Leakage.

Ultrafiltration and integrated equipment:

Adopt the traditional heating method, adopt charcoal furnace heating measures in the equipment room, place the charcoal furnace in the equipment room, and take care of the room equipment by full-time personnel to add charcoal to the fire.

Use electric heating plate to keep warm to ensure that the temperature of each point in the equipment room is not lower than 5 ° C.

In general, we require customers to build the water source and the plant together, so that there will be no secondary pollution caused by excessively long pipelines and poor heating in winter will affect production. After the installation of the equipment sold by our company is completed, the installation personnel will carry out system training. The training process must be in the presence of two people at the same time to carry out the training. The training includes the use and maintenance of the equipment.
